🧭Process of Organizing School Exchange Program

⚠️ Guidelines for Organizing a Student Exchange Program

Begin the process of finding a host school as early as possible.
Matching timelines vary depending on the school and its location, but on average, it takes 1 to 2 months. All applications must be submitted at least 2 months before the scheduled exchange date. We recommend starting the host school search at least 3 months in advance.
Please also check the availability of flight and accommodation reservations before applying for the school exchange program.

Matching difficulty varies depending on the season and school academic situation.
Generally, school vacation period is for summer ( late July-August), and winter vacation(December-February)
Matching may be difficult during the exam period: Mid-term exam, and Final-term exam.

Avoid cancellations once the host school is confirmed.
To maintain good relations and avoid causing inconvenience, please refrain from canceling once a host school has been matched. Likewise, do not submit applications to multiple host schools simultaneously, as this is not permitted.
